I wanted to test this out a little before I did a write up on them. Being the way I am I can not stick to one genre of photography. For me there is no one bag, pack, or case that could full fill my needs. after searching online for months for different shoulder or rolling cases I found the Vanguard VGP-300. I have a hard time with the idea of spending $400 for a suitcase with dividers, something just does not seem right about that. I got on Amazon and found this little case for just under $100. It is a handy little rolling hard case with foam and dividers and comes with a shoulder strap as well. The only thing that I really wish was different was the spacing on the wheels. a little further apart and this case would feel a lot more steady, although I have yet to have it tip or lean to one side while I roll it. With a little planning you can balance the equipment with no problems. Attachments:

I can see how this type of case would be great for on-site photography such as weddings, events, etc. They were always popular with photographers who shot weddings and school portraits for carrying medium format equipment. Even if the high-end ones are somewhat better built, they're grossly overpriced. Your gear should be well protected in this case.

Yeah I like it, I just could not bring myself to spend the crazy prices on some of the fabric rolling cases. Amazon has decent deals on some of the Pelican Cases but I had a set amount of money and was to the breaking point with my old bag. I think I did well for what i spent.
