Do you have a photography Related woops? Scratched Print I joined a local photo club a while back and they tend to stay up with local art events and places to display our work. pretty neat deal. Anyways this weekend is the Red Bluff Art Walk and I submitted the Sundial Bridge night image on a 3/4 stand out mount. everything was fine until I got it up there and found a large scratch on the print. If the image does sell by chance, I will have to replace it with a clean print/mount. If it does sell I will not make anything off it. Stupid mistakes can cost ya. Mine was not having the print out of my wife and kids reach

At the very least, keep the prints protected. I use flat poly bags inside a paper sleeve.
Even then, you can't always protect the prints. Last year when I set up shop at a high school girls soccer tournament, the boys from a baseball game on an adjacent field loved coming into the tent to check out the beautiful girls in display prints. I hustled back to the tent to make sure the boys weren't helping themselves to prints and sure enough, there was a big wad of spit on one of the prints of a girl from a rival school.
This year, plastic protection for all prints. Even then, some punk would probably jam a pen through a protected print. C'est la vie.
